Thinker Works Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Thinker Works websites, applications, software, plugins, and online services, including services that integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Drive.
By using a Thinker Works service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of Services
Thinker Works provides software and online services for website management, publishing, backup, restore, migration, training, and related functions. You may use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable third-party service requirements.
Third-Party Services
Some Thinker Works products may connect to third-party services, including Google Drive. When you authorize such a connection, Thinker Works software may access the third-party service only to perform functions you request or configure.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.
Google Drive Integration
When Google Drive integration is enabled, Thinker Works software may create, upload, access, update, or manage files necessary to provide the requested backup, restore, migration, or related functionality.
Thinker Works does not use Google Drive authorization to access files for advertising purposes or sell information obtained through Google APIs.
You may revoke Google Drive authorization through your Google account or disconnect Google Drive through the applicable Thinker Works software.
Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, websites, servers, and authorized third-party connections. You must not use Thinker Works services to gain unauthorized access to another person’s systems or information.
Backups and Data
Backup and recovery software is provided as an administrative tool and should not be your only method of protecting important information. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backup copies and verifying that backups can be restored.
Service Availability
Thinker Works may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of software, websites, third-party APIs, hosting providers, or external services.
Disclaimer
Thinker Works services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No software or backup system can guarantee against every hardware failure, software failure, security incident, data loss, or third-party service interruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thinker Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use its services.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Thinker Works products and services evolve. The current version will be published on this page.
